By using AgentBookable (site, API, or MCP at https://agentbookable.com/mcp), you agree to these terms.

The service

AgentBookable provides a booking interface for AI agents and clients: find published businesses, list services, check availability, prepare a draft, obtain user consent, issue a mandate, and create a booking. Bookings created through the service are real appointments in the business’s calendar.

Consent-bound booking

You must show the user the exact draft and obtain explicit affirmative consent before calling mandate/booking tools. Consent binds to that draft. If the draft or slot changes (including SLOT_NO_LONGER_AVAILABLE), obtain fresh consent — never rebook unilaterally.

Acceptable use

• Respect published capabilities; do not offer actions that are false or unsupported.
• Collect required customer fields before proposing a slot.
• Use stable idempotency keys on booking creates so retries do not double-book.
• Obey rate limits (discovery and booking mutations).
• Do not abuse the public demo; use throwaway customer details there.
• No scraping, circumventing limits, or unlawful use.

Inventory reality

Live bookable inventory is whatever is published in the public registry. Do not claim businesses or providers that are not listed.

No warranty / liability

The service is provided “as is.” Availability slots can expire; bookings can fail if a slot is taken. We are not liable for business-side calendar outcomes, missed appointments, or third-party diary systems beyond our reasonable efforts to pass through a consented booking.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above will change. Continued use after updates means acceptance.
