AgentBookable (https://agentbookable.com) lets AI assistants discover published businesses, check live availability, and create real appointments through our MCP and API — only after the end user consents to a specific booking draft.

What we process

• Discovery: search queries and business/service metadata from our public registry (currently includes AgentBookable Demo).
• Booking drafts: customer details required by the chosen service (typically name and email; phone when the service requires or allows it), plus the selected business, service, and time slot.
• Consent / mandates: a record that the user agreed to that exact draft (method and instruction text), bound to a short-lived, single-use mandate before booking.
• Bookings: confirmation identifiers and status after a successful create. Bookings are real calendar appointments for the business.
• Client / actor metadata: identifiers clients send (e.g. actorRef) and standard request logs for rate limits, abuse prevention, and audit.

What we do not do

• We do not expose underlying diary-provider brand names to agents.
• We do not sell personal data.
• Payment is not offered unless a business’s capabilities say so (AgentBookable Demo: payment false).

Who receives booking data

Customer details needed to place the appointment are passed through our connectors into the business’s connected booking calendar. The business is the controller of that diary data. Use throwaway details on the public demo.

Retention (summary)

Drafts and mandates are short-lived (slots ~60s TTL; mandates ~15 minutes, single-use). Booking records and audit/consent logs are kept as needed to operate the service, handle disputes, and meet legal obligations. Request logs may be retained briefly for security and rate limiting.

Your choices

• Do not consent → we do not create a booking.
• To change or cancel an appointment, follow the business’s own process and the capabilities on that business (demo supports reschedule/cancellation where flagged).
